OUR RETURN POLICY:<\/strong><\/h2>

At magictruffles.shop<\/a> you have the legal right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After this notification you have ANOTHER 14 days to actually return the product. If you make use of your right of return, you will receive the entire order amount including shipping costs in your account within 14 days after the return notification.<\/p>

Any return costs incurred are at your own expense.<\/strong><\/p>

You are solely liable for any diminution in the value of the product(s) resulting from the handling or use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation.<\/p>

Some products (e.g. bongs, pipes, vaporizers and similar products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they are unsealed and\/or used after delivery. After breaking the seal, these products are no longer suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Perishable goods (such as truffles, spores and grow kits) cannot be returned either. However, if you are not satisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to work with you to find a solution.<\/p>

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@magictruffels.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first initiating a return request will not be accepted.<\/p>

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS<\/b><\/h2>

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the problem.<\/p>

EXCEPTIONS \/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/b><\/h2>

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.<\/p>

UPDATE<\/h2>

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>

REPAYMENTS<\/b><\/h2>

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.<\/p>
